Over the years, we have been asked to perform a variety of automotive services to accommodate the needs of our customers. That's why our operations staff created the System Advantage program, loaded with the following complimentary amenities:

• Tire Change & Inflation
• Lockout Assistance
• Jump Starts
• Windshield Solvent & Washing
• One Gallon of Gas
• Vehicle Location (in large self park facilities)

Sometimes our customers are in need of more comprehensive automotive care. In order to fulfill these customer expectations, we developed a working relationship with several local car care providers who will pick up the vehicle, and drive it to their garage where they provide:

• Mechanical Repairs
• Maintenance
• Tire care and replacement
• Body work
• Alarm or Cellular Phone Installation
• Hand Car Wash & Detailing
• Window tinting & repair

After the services are rendered, the vehicle is then returned to our parking facility and the customers are billed on their credit cards. This is especially appealing to many of our repeat customers in the Office Building complexes.

As an additional benefit, our on-line accounting system provides customers with a way to check their parking account any time of the day and to pay for monthly parking online.

Property managers can access pertinent information and data that can be easily downloaded to their own personal computer.
